How to Request a Return
To begin the return process, please follow these steps:
Contact our support team at support@pulmobalance.com within 90 days of your purchase date.
Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Once your RMA request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.
Include your RMA number with the returned package.
Send the product back using a trackable shipping service and share the tracking number with our support team.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.

Gift Returns
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit once the returned product is received.
If the gift giver placed the order and had it shipped to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
